It is a luxury service. Just as we would not bring a “tupperware” to a luxury restaurant or drinks to a fashionable nightclub, in this type of vehicle “drinking parties” are not permitted nor is bringing food inside. Any drink or catering you may wish for, we can obtain and offer to you. However, there are specific cases in which certain drinks or food are authorised to be brought in (please enquire).

Usually cava is offered for adults and sparkling grape juice or soft drinks for children. However, if for any reason your group would prefer other types of drinks due to personal taste or allergies of any kind, you simply need to let us know and consult with us prior to the event so that we can prepare an alternative.

There are services that include everything from nibbles to an afternoon snack or even a full catering service inside the limousine. However, it is a moving vehicle and our menus are adapted to this circumstance. Please consult us about the menus we have available.

If you have food or drink allergies that we should be aware of, it is important that you let us know during the planning of the event so that we can prepare the appropriate alternative.

Yes, we provide service anywhere, as long as a vehicle of almost 10 metres can access the location and its entry is not restricted (as may be the case in certain areas such as the port of Barcelona, for example).

Of course, we will take you to whatever destination you wish, as long as access is not restricted and there is space for long vehicles. The route will always be agreed upon prior to the event.

In principle, major changes to the route will not be possible as it will have been planned and prepared in advance. However, we are flexible in the face of possible contingencies that may arise on the day of the event, such as traffic or the condition of the streets to be travelled.

Extending the hours on the day of the event can be complicated. During the low season and at less busy times, it may be possible to extend on the go, subject to prior agreement with the company. However, we advise against it as there will most likely be no availability and there may be other services booked after yours. For this reason, if you calculate that your event needs to last longer because time is tight, it is better to request an extension of hours from the outset. Additional hours of hire are always proportionally more economical.

If your event is important to you, book the hire as soon as possible. At certain times of the year, such as wedding and christening dates or during major corporate events in the city such as the MWC, demand is very high. It would be a shame if you were left at the last minute without the possibility of celebrating your event as you had wished due to a lack of vehicles.

It is very important to be punctual at the pick-up time. Bear in mind that these are large vehicles that cannot easily park or double park, and if they have to take a detour because they cannot stop, they may be delayed afterwards as they have to take longer routes than usual to return to the pick-up point. Furthermore, there may be another service after yours, therefore, if you are late, the time of your event will be reduced.

At Mucho Más Hummers we are punctual and professional with our services. However, it is possible that on occasion we may encounter traffic difficulties in reaching the pick-up point given the size of the vehicle. In such a case, the client will always have a reference telephone number to contact at the time of the event. Furthermore, the company will get in touch with the client in the event of any contingency or unforeseen circumstance.

Of course, they can be decorated upon the client’s express request for weddings, christenings, communions, birthdays, corporate events, etc. You can request anything from rose petals to balloons or themed decorations suited to your event.

The client can request at any time the type of music they wish to listen to and can even bring their own compilation CD if they so wish. All these details need to be specified as soon as possible and during the planning of the event so that our chauffeur is forewarned.
